Dear Guests - While we appreciate your presence for using our venue, we wish to remind you of the following for your benefit.

Check in/Out
  • Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00nn

Reservation and Payment Policies
  • Early reservations can be made through e-mail; or through telephone; LANDLINE (02) 941-9004 (047) 222-2227| SUN 0933-850-9144 |GLOBE 0915-602-3636.
  • Upon confirmation of reservation, fifty percent (50%) deposit must be made at our reservation office or through bank deposit, the details of which will be furnished to you. Reservations are considered confirmed only upon our receipt of deposit, in case of payment by bank deposit, please e-mail us a scanned copy of the deposit slip.
  • Failure to make the deposit within the allotted time may result to an automatic cancellation of your reservation.
  • For company outings, teambuilding and camps, we require our customers to e- mail back the signed quotation letter and fifty percent (50%) of total amount must be deposited prior to the reserved dates. Reservation will be fully secured only after the down payment has been made and after you have e-mail back the signed quotation letter or corporate rate agreement.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non refundable.
  • In case of No-Show, the total price of the reservation is already non-refundable.
  • Early departure or cancellation of the succeeding nights will incur one night charge.

  • For the comfort of all the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be strictly enforced. Please check with Front Desk.

  • Crystal Beach Resort strives to be Earth-Friendly. Please help maintain the Resort free from garbage.
  • Preserve water and electricity. Extra use of electricity will be charged according to consumption.
  • We treat each plant/tree as babies. Please treat them as such.

Health, Safety and Enjoyment
  • Crystal Beach Resort is a family-oriented resort. We encourage vitality, peace and order. Weapons, prohibited drugs and/or any kind of dangerous, harmful and hazardous substances are not allowed in the resort premises.
  • Any guest/s who are causing public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm; fighting; violence; unreasonable or untimely noise; abusive, obscene, or threatening language; harassment; and behavior that inhibits the enjoyment of other guests is unacceptable and will be escorted to vacate the resort premises with no refund whatsoever.

  • Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • It can take 18 months to 10 years for a cigarette butt to decompose. They are NOT biodegradable. Please throw them on designated waste bins.

Noise and Loud Music
  • In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from loud music or any noise between 10:00pm to 8:00am. Loud speakers or any kind of mobile sound systems are allowed only during exclusive and pre-arranged functions.
  • Any type of loud speakers are not allowed.

Linen and Towels
  • To help conserve water, towels and linen will be changed only when necessary and upon request. Extra towel and linen can be requested for a minimal charge.
  • Do not remove beddings and mattresses from rooms, unless allowed by the Resort Management.

Misplaced/Lost Room Keys
  • Notify the Front Desk immediately. Lost or misplaced room keys will be charged accordingly

  • Please do control any fires. Cooking of food and use of bonfire on designated areas only.
  • Electrical cooking appliances are not allowed.

Safety and Security of Personal Belongings
  • Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their own valuables and personal belongings. The Resort Management and its staff will not be liable for any loss or damage of guest's valuable items and personal belongings.
  • Guests can have their valuable items deposited at the Resort Admin Office.
  • Secure doors, windows, vehicles and belongings during absence or at night.

Responsibility for Children
  • The guest is responsible and liable for the safety and conduct of his/her children and to ensure that their behavior is acceptable to other guests.

While at the Beach Area
  • The Beach is a PUBLIC AREA. However, Lifeguard/s will be on-duty from 7AM-6PM ONLY during Peak Days and upon request during Lean Days.
  • Lifeguards are not baby-sitters. Guests must be vigilant of their own belongings while at the beach. Children and non-swimmer guests must be accompanied and supervised by adult guests.
  • The Resort management and its staff will not be liable for any loss or damage of guest's belongings, dismemberment or injury and loss of life arising from accidents, drowning, and use of any kind of watercrafts and water sports.

Night Swimming
  • Lifeguard/s will be on-duty from 7AM-6PM ONLY.
  • The Management will not allow any guests to go night swimming

Damage/Loss to Resort Property
  • Resort guests are financially responsible for any damage/loss to any Resort equipment/property, either intentional or accidental. Willful damage or defacing of Resort property/equipment will result to immediate eviction, payment of damage fees and/or prosecution.

Food and Drinks
  • Bring food if you want, just make sure you dispose of the trash properly.
  • There‚Äôs a corkage fee for every bottle/can/container that you will be bringing in. Php 50/bottle of beer and soda, Php 500/bottle of hard drinks and per case of beer or soda.
  • If you have an event here at Crystal Beach, ask us about the catering.

Crystal Beach Resort shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, bodily injury or loss of life suffered by any guest arising from the use of any facilities or equipment within the resort, including but not limited to all vehicles, watercrafts and water sports. Guests agree to render Crystal Beach Resort, its owners, officers and staff; free and harmless from any claims arising from the use of any of the equipment or facilities in the resort. Furthermore, all guests, by virtue of their reservation, acknowledge all the rules, regulations and guidelines of the resort and agree to abide by them.
