- All air-con, fan & dorm room rates are inclusive of entrance fee.
- An additional accommodation fee shall be charged in excess of the room’s maximum capacity.
- Accommodation Fee: Php 300/pax/overnight for aircon rooms with 1 set of beddings
Php 250/pax/overnight for fan/barracks style rooms with 1 set of beddings - The use of Worship hall, Picnic Huts and Tents are exclusive of entrance fee.
- An Entrance Fee of Php 150/pax shall be added to your bill.
- 1 set of extra beddings : Php 100/pax/overnight
- Camp rate Package : Php250/pax/overnight (Non-aircon rooms only)
- Free Use of CR, Showers and Boho sheds along the shore.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Reservation Policies
- Early reservations can be made through our Booking Office.
- For company outings, teambuilding and camps, we require our customers to fax back the signed quotation letter and 50% of total amount must be deposited in cash prior the reserved dates. Reservation will be fully secured only after the down payment has been made and after you have faxed back the signed quotation letter or contract of lease.
3. Payment Policy
- Crystal Beach accepts payments on cash basis only.
- After down payment has been made, please fax proof of payment or deposit slips to our Zambales Telefax or email it to www.crystalbeach.cm.ph.
- Upon arrival at the resort, kindly present the deposit slips to the receptionist for checking.
- Balance payment must be paid in full (cash basis) to the cashier upon arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Downpayments are non-refundable but can be used at any time within the year.
5. Check in/out time
- Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.
- A half-day rate shall be charged for late check outs.
6. Security and Safety
- All customers are requested to secure their personal belongings properly. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage personal items that are not surrendered to the staff.
- Please make sure your room doors and windows are locked.
- Park your vehicles at designated parking areas only. Make sure that all your vehicles are locked and secured during your stay.
- Lifeguard is available from 8 am to 6 pm only. Beach swimming after 6 pm is not allowed.
- Children below 12 years old are not allowed to swim unattended at all times.
- Do not leave children below 10 years old unattended at all times.
- All customers are requested not to smoke inside all facilities to prevent accidents that may result to fire.
7. Corkage Fee
- All bottled drinks not purchased at Crystal Beach Store will be charged of corkage fee, from P5/bottle to P100/bottle.
8. Cleanliness
- The guests are requested to maintain the area free from garbage. Trash cans/bins are available all around the area.
9. Catering Policy
- Minimum guarantee is required (number of persons reserved).
- Menus must be pre-arranged at least two weeks prior the reserved dates.
- For pre-arranged catering services, pls choose one meal set for each course from our menu list.
- For company outings and big groups, contract must be signed and 50% of total amount must be deposited two weeks prior the reserved dates.
- No changes shall be made after contract signing and after deposit has been made.
- Food/meals will be served at the dining hall (Solomon’s Hall) only. All utensils will be provided.
- Customers that will not avail of Crystal Beach catering services must bring own cooking stove and all kitchen utensils.
- Customers will be penalized for bringing in catering services other than Crystal Beach.
10. Liability Policy
- Loss or damage to Crystal Beach Resort property caused by customer will be charged to the customer.
- Crystal Beach Administration has the right to reject customers under the influence of drugs and or customers who are heavily intoxicated with liquor.
